This solution allows to notify a client automatically on different types of events (currently 10) concerning their operations on the OMS system. The advantage is twofold, thanks to the fully synchronous operation of the operation:
The customer is notified immediately upon the occurrence of the event,
A much lower consumption of resources, because it does not need to ask for a status regularly
To implement this solution, the client must indicate the notifications it wishes to receive, and provide a destination address by type of notification (this may be the same address for several / all notifications).
This functionality can be set directly from the customer portal : https://submitv3.docoon.fr/Setup/CallBackConfigs. It is possible to send a test after the setup.
