With the same API Docoon Rest API is it possible to send job (SMS, Email, Faxes and Voice messages), get the transmission reports, manage received faxes and get received SMS.

For SMS, you can either get your received SMS.
For Fax, the workflow we recommand is to get received Faxes list and get received Fax file. You can also delete received Fax file once downloaded.
